Mel Robbins, the author and writer of the 5 second rule book, the well-known book on the precedes decades as it was one of the most read one since it has made a hug change in people’s lives which has turned people from procrastinated and lazy to enthusiastic, successful and courage people who can definitely do things than could change their lives to its best version. The 5 second rule, is a book related to self-development field in which it easily pushes a person to be more productive, courageous and energetic in his life so that acting and doing a lot of beneficial things that he couldn’t do in the past. The core of the book is its rule and how a person can use it to turn his life out , it is like a changing point , simply the rule is only about counting backward for 5 second then taking action and acting immediately without letting any second for the brain to make excuses and stops a person doing the right thing , this has a deep relation to a brain and Mel robins has strongly proven and given all the evidence that when hesitating from doing things the brain starts improvising virtual events and excuses to stop the physical movement from doing what it need to be done at any situation. The author considered courage as the most crucial concept in the book for it does truly help the person to act, and to achieve that courage the rule should be used efficiently in the right time as a consequence controlling the current situation. She also added an important and meaningful understanding , she points out ‘’ I would use the rule to push myself to do it , regardless how I felt”, that is , she explained that when having goals in life and really want to achieve you must push yourself doing the things that need to be done even though you feel you don’t like it, for instance a person who is obese and strongly want to lower its weight , certainly he should practice sport probably three or four times a week so that he has to be disciplined and practice it even though sometime he feels couch potato especially in rainy days it will surely be hard for him to go outside and practice sport for hours under heavily rain but he must do it since he wants to achieve that ultimate goal. Therefore, doing that easily requires the use of the 5 second rule then immediately acting so that ignoring totally the brain and just focusing on the right goal. All in All, the book is a diamond that only the readers can see its brilliance when read it deeply because it will make life better when using and enjoying the magic of the tool, the five second rule.

Accept what’s going on

Nathalien Braden a well-known American writer and psychologist, known by his famous book “self-esteem”, he wrote about how a person could be confident regardless of what could happen in his outside world in addition he pointed out that in order to go through any situation in life and face it strongly you only need to be tolerated with change whether good or bad, he says “the first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance’’. That is, Nathalen Braden claimed that the core of truly getting the change everyone wants in his life is the fact of being aware , aware about his thoughts , emotions , feelings so that knowing exactly what his real desires are or achieving that point of maturity that certainly play a crucial role in guiding his decisions as a result turning out his life for the better , which means that awareness is the most crucial part on this quotes for it is the core of acceptance , the point mentioned by the writer after awareness. Acceptance means accepting reality and freeing completely one’s self from doubts, anxiety, worries since when being tolerated with what happens in life concerning relationships or material things, we are surely putting ourselves into that peacefulness and calmness so that making our brain relaxing and working perfectly in which it can undoubtedly helping us to find solutions or going through whatever hard situation we were in. In other words, acceptance is what needed to be in each person in the world as it makes us in a totally powerful place that strength our awareness about life and that will certainly push us to do better far from what could annoyed and hijacked us from doing fruitful and helpful things to go forward as worry and stress which are considered the ultimate enemies of any human being. Byron Katie an American author points out “When you become a lover of what is, the war is over”, which means that the fact of loving your life or literally accepting what is happening in it you are likely to end a harsh war that was inside of you all the time and consequently starting calmness and peacefulness which are going to make you stronger and wise in a way that you will carefully and perfectly guide your life to its best.

Actions speak louder than words

Life is about acting not only hoping and planning. If you want to make your real impact in this word so that you fully need to take actions and go forward regardless of how much hesitation, procrastination or laziness you feel, just do it as the major words for Nike brand is JUST DO IT, forget about all what can disturb your thinking and start doing things as Walt Disney mentioned in his quote. Plus, life is created for courageous people, people that are not afraid of facing the music and entering to the unknown path since life is mostly full of surprises and changes, stop thinking about them and get started from where you are even from small things because we all believe that the trip of one mile begins from one step. Plus , taking actions and courage pave your way to get the life you have desired as the source of all creative things that could be done is only courage as well as action , never thing about what is going to happen if I do that or this because the fact of thinking lets your brain work against and this is scientifically proven , therefore when you want to do something and you know that it is right just do it and start and that the most important point here , which is COURAGE.in other words , Get started and forget about the rest.
