Cut off from The Past

 

Emotion and feelings are certainly ones that guide human being’s actions and reactions so that having all the time good ones and be happy will surely contribute to have a magnificent event as well as a great life, for that reason it is important to get rid of all what can change our mood including what we feel. Our past is a complicated issue on one person’s life because many person are living there deeper and deeper , they forget about their present and future and just thinking about events happened to them and live them again and again with all their feelings and that’s a huge fault which can affect our life negatively as when living in the past and remembering all their moments especially the worst ones we are reviving them and giving them all of our energy and attention so that getting same result for as we know that we receive what we feel so that when having bad feelings we automatically receiving bad ones in shapes of events and people we meet. Having that sort of cruelty , anxiety and malice toward what we have lived lead to   always worry , stress and depression. However, when getting rid of them by forgetting and most importantly forgiving them or simply by cutting off that link with the past and feel that peaceful without any emotions of hate or anxiousness, we strongly enjoy every moment of our present without having heaving thoughts crossing our mind and perturbing us . As Ibrahim ELfiky says” enjoy every moment of your life as if it is the last and live with joy, happiness, and forgiveness”.
